Loads of Manchester United fans have sensationally turned on manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Twitter after his latest comments in the build-up to Wednesday’s Premier League visit of Manchester City to Old Trafford.
The man who took over from Jose Mourinho in December on an interim basis before being given the job permanently claimed that his players have the “Man Utd DNA” despite a clear lack of effort on the pitch recently.
The questionable comments came in the wake of an embarrassing 4-0 defeat at Everton which was preceded by an exit from the UEFA Champions League exit at the hands of Barcelona.
United’s form of late in general has also seen them suffer huge blows in their quest to finish in the top four and supporters are clearly beginning to get angry and impatient with Solskjaer.
One demanded that the club sack the 46-year-old while others urged the gaffer to “stop yapping and prove his worth on the pitch,” called his claims a lie and mused that the DNA Ole was talking about actually stands for Do Not Attack.
